About Pranay Parikh, MD

I’m Pranay Parikh, MD, a practicing physician and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. I’m board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, with experience in hospital medicine and telehealth.

I founded Off-Label Advertising, a physician-led marketing advisory for telehealth and healthcare growth teams. I bring the perspective of a physician to positioning, patient education, and marketing decisions.

I’m also co-founder of Ascent Equity Group and host of From MD to Entrepreneur, where I explore how physicians build businesses and careers beyond clinical practice.

My writing has appeared in KevinMD, Doximity’s Op-Med, and Entrepreneur. Across medicine and business, my approach is practical, education-first, and grounded in real experience.
